Other Information:
Personality: Contained, alone, and forever in the realm of loss. Stephen knows nothing else but the pain caused against him, as well as what he caused against himself in forgiveness, ever trying to remove the wrong he'd done so long in the past. Stephen is never seen with the spark of hope, happiness, or laughter and feels his soul will never been accepted into anything other than the pain he still dwells within now. Most never see him leave the Order's dorm and those around are use to the familiar yelps and cries of pain so loudly given off as they sleep. They can do nothing, as he accepts nothing and asks for no help in his sorrow, saying “To sit alone with my conscience will be judgment enough for me.” The leaders of the Black Order are the few who know his tale of utter destruction of a single man's life, in which Otoha is actually one of them. Sensitive and depressed constantly, Stephen is a king of sadness and unhealthy at heart and soul.
Standing at 6'3", Stephen is well built but his body carries many wounds. Scars that mutilate his entire back and he even carries a slight lip on the left leg. His fingers have been broken multiple times as well as a easily slipped disced shoulder. His comment on such a body are "Me and pain work too well together." Not very many people trust Stephen, for they think he has done so much against the Order, however such things are not true. Even in their hatred towards him, he continues to fight for the cause the one he loved followed. Although, his trust is beginning to wain away, and Otoha could be one of the only people to keep him from hurting himself further.

Hobbies: Causing himself pain, listening to music (Orchestra), sometimes reading. He also has been learning Latin recently.
Important Details:
History: Stephen was born in an outsider town near the urban area of London, England. His family consisted of a mother, father, and younger sister, named Eclipse. The family's tyranny against the young man began even at a small age, but it was only for reasons that he rather it happen to him than his innocent sibling. The father was a beater, and frequently striking Stephen with a whip against the back. Sexual, emotional, verbal, and physical abuse were the enormous list of violent atrocities placed against the young Owens. His mother was a sickling whore who would bring other friends to rape and force the young boy in their sexual games of pleasure. All the young Stephen would do is take it all, to protect the one true family that stayed all the more with him.
Years, and years passed and the 13 year old Stephen was still loosing the fight. As years past, the parents were getting more and more intolerant of Stephen, and found that the small girl Eclipse, now 8, was the better target for fun. The older Owen's sibling stayed on, returning what pleasuring moves to them he could muster in his soul. Eclipse begged for him to stop, but he only continued to take the strikes and blame for all that the parents wanted. One night (Stephen now 14), the father snuck from his night sleep, Stephen wide awake with Eclipse, slipped into the bedroom and captured the little daughter in his arms. Stephen pleaded for mercy, but the father gave no such thing, and was beginning to leave out. The older brother stormed forward and tossed himself at his father, who gripped his arm and jacked it from his socket in a single toss to the wall. The father stormed again for the exit, but Stephen hopped in attempt again, this time throwing a fist to his "superior". His father caught the fist and unrolled his fingers, snapping them in two. Out of spite, the man gripped the other hand and broke the second group of fingers, before thrashing the boy to the bed, throwing Eclipse to his wife, who had gathered outside the door after the ruckus grew louder. Stephen's father tossed himself after the boy and bashed his head inward into the bed post, blood spouting from his skull with each strike. After the constant force, his father gave up and trotted to the bedroom.
He suddenly awoke a few hours later and rushed the best he could to the bedroom, gathering a knife from his cabinet and entered the living room. He turned only to see a bloody, beaten Eclipse, sprawled along the floor. Horrified and shocked, he fumed himself in a bloody rage, charging to the bedroom of his parents, who he listened to as they laughed in triumph. He burst into the room and jabbed in an instant his mother in the back of the head. Stephen's father reached to a little gun at his table side, but had reacted too late, and Stephen's blade was jabbed into his throat. The two bodies fell, the father alive but too weak to lift the weapon. Stephen took the weapon for him and planted two bullets in the father's head, instantly killing him. Suddenly, a hand perched onto his shoulder and in horror, spun around and fired. However, it the worst mistake he could ever do. His sister, Eclipse, was in fact wounded, but was well enough to rise from the ground, but no longer. Stephen, uttering devastated, went down mentally.
The Black Order found him when he was 20 years old, being attacked by an Akuma in the streets. He was saved by a woman named Trixie Callahan. Bouncy and happy with her life, she tried her best to bring the man from his depression and toward a light he had never seen before, even with his later sister. He fell for her not long after and the two were closer and more joyous with each other than ever before. He found his life, and would be with her forever more. At least, that's what he thought.
Trixie Callahan had been tailing a specific powerful Akuma named Demetrius. The man was considered to be one of the Earl's many famous "generals", but no one knew of his appearance or face, but only knew what work he left behind. She told Stephen nothing of what she was doing, fearing that he would tell her not to follow him, since Demetrius's men had slaughtered her family. When the two were together one night, they were attacked suddenly by a group of Akuma and knocked unconscious.
When they awoke, Stephen saw Trixie across from him beaten and badly wounded. All the men around him were wearing stealthy clothes, that shielded their faces in the shadows. Stephen's fiance, Trixie was sitting in the chair, gagged and barely awake from her escapade with torture. The men than ordered a gun to be laid between them, and that they were going to spin it. In other words, play roulette with them. Their were six barrels and a single bullet. It was passed over and over, around and around. The first and second were both at Stephen, the third at Trixie, while the fourth was landed on Stephen. At the last two shots, the two lovers stared in horror. It landed the fifth time on Stephen once again. He aimed it to his head, trying to hold in the tears wanting to tumble like a waterfall. Trixie was more awake at this point and closed her eyes in unwanted anticipation. It was either a click, or a gunshot. And it was click.
The gun was spun for the final time, and fell onto Trixie. Stephen, appalled, shook his head in despair. Trixie only returned his defiance with a shake of her own head, shouting and pleading him to do it, or the both of them were killed. Screaming for someone to make a deal with her, she asked a man to keep him alive in exchange of information as well as her life, just as long as Stephen lived and didn't have to kill her. They agreed, and before long, Trixie buzzed about everything the Akuma wanted to know of the Black Order's formation. It took a few days, days which Stephen spent alone and horrified. He wanted to kill himself. He didn't want this to happen, and he especially didn't want to be alone.
Finally, the job was done and Trixie asked for her end of the bargain. However, they did no such thing, and in moments, the group was on her in a frenzy, mauling and tearing her clothes, as if to rape her. Stephen, in the corner of the room, had been working on freeing himself for the last few days, burst through the restraints (having to break his thumb to do so) and grabbed a gun on the table, aiming for the men. He fired the spray of bullets at the men and grabbed for his love in seconds. They ran for cover and escape and almost reached to its end, before Trixie suddenly halted in her tracks. Confused, Stephen pleaded as to why she was doing this. In a quick movement, Trixie suddenly pulled a knife from her pouch of things and thrust it into Stephen's stomach. Her eyes were peering with flowing tears, screaming in shock of what she had just done. Stephen gasped and shock and chocked for breath. Peaking over Trixie's left shoulder, he spotted two figures in the dark, watching them. He raised his gun in the last of his strength, but it was pushed away but an unknown force and slid to the ground. Trixie pulled back and hollered for Stephen to run, but he did no such thing. Before long, he was frozen in his tracks and staring at his love. One of the shadowed figures rose an arm from his side and Stephen followed right after him. The gun suddenly flew from the ground back into his hand. This time, the gun was aimed for Trixie's head. In seconds, a bullet was fired and Trixie was gone.
After than, Stephen was kept in the shadow men's keep for 7 years, tortured for years and years. His right eye was torched by a brand in his years and his body was given more scars to the collection. This continued until, he was saved by an unknown figure, who rushed him from the unknown building to the outside world. The man who saved him however, quickly dropped him at the doors of the Black Order and rushed off. Stephen, from that point on, has blamed his entire life of death and loss on himself, believing he was strong enough. Saying to himself that he "will torture and maul myself, just as my parents and those men did to me until not a single cry escapes my lips."
He did not return to the Order on happy terms with others. Most also had no idea that Trixie was hunting this man on her own accord, and that actually somehow, it was Stephen's fault for what had happened to him, and that he is actually the one at fault. Others think he gave the information to save his own skin and finally turned up now to be saved from the trouble he caused by himself from "mistakes". Some, mostly the leaders, do not see it this way, as they were informed of the entire truth. Although, that never stopped fellow Exorcists. They shunned him with spite and he received no forgiveness or grief as to what he went through.
